Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of all personal data Banjaro holds about you. This includes your account, profile, itineraries, affiliate click records, and follower data.

How to delete your data

  1. Email us at privacy@banjaro.in with the subject line “Delete my account”. Include the email address associated with your Banjaro account.
  2. We will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 3 business days.
  3. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • All itineraries and their associated stops, photos, and notes
  • Affiliate click records linked to your creator ID
  • Follower email/phone entries you collected
  • Any reviews you submitted

What we retain (and why)

  • Aggregate, non-identifiable analytics data (no personal info)
  • Records required by law or for fraud prevention (anonymised after 90 days)

This page also serves as Banjaro's Facebook/Meta data deletion callback URL as required by Meta Platform Policy. If you connected your Facebook account to a Banjaro integration, submitting a deletion request above covers that data too.
